Customer Satisfaction Survey
Our 2014 ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey’ was completed in March 2014. We involved all our Tenants, their Families and their Advocates by asking what they each thought of the quality of the services we provide.
In summary, they said that the quality of our services is either excellent or very good.
Norfolk County Council ‘Quality Assessment’
The most recent visit to one of our services by the Council’s monitoring officer gave us an assessment score of 177 out of 183.
Essex CC ‘Quality Assessment’
The most recent Essex County Council assessment scored our services 9.5 out of 10.
