Team Leaders

Team Leaders – each service has a dedicated Team Leader. The role of the Team Leader is concerned with delivering a high quality service to Tenants whilst managing services within a Supported Living environment. The key objectives of the role are to ensure that the needs of all Tenants and Service Users are being met in accordance with their individual wishes and within contractual arrangements at all times, and identifying opportunities for improving the service where possible.

This involves managing all the activities, resources, people and information that are associated with this particular area of the business.
