Supported Living

Hilton Care has been providing a range of support services to adults with learning disabilities since 1993. We currently support over 100 people in 40 separate supported living services throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.

Supported living services allows our Tenants to plan their own life. Most of our supported living packages are 24 hour support in the person’s own home. We also provide day support.

All our Tenants benefit from ‘Person Centred’ support – this puts the Tenants in charge of planning their life. It’s about what matters to each Tenant, it’s about each Tenant’s gifts and abilities, and it’s about listening to our Tenants, their families and the people who care about them. This enables us to find ways to support each Tenant to move towards their dreams at their own pace.

All our support packageS ARE a process of ongoing learning IN how our Tenants CHOOSE to live the life they want AND SUPPORTING THEM to make their own choices and decisions about their life.
