The Director of Services has overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality, person-centered support services.
The Quality Manager’s role is to support the local managers to deliver high quality services. The QM will identify opportunities to improve service delivery, identify service shortfalls, and propose corrective action, both for individual services and across the board. To deputise for the Director of Services as required.
The Training and Development Manager’s role is to champion the training and development of all staff in the organisation and to create a learning culture that results in measurable outcomes for Tenants / Service Users, and the ongoing development of the organisation as a whole.
The Operations Manager’s role is to support the Director of Services in ensuring that all services are delivered to a consistently high standard.
The Senior Service Managers’ role is to oversee, monitor and manage the smooth running of the services by managing and supporting the Service Managers, Team Leaders and staff teams.
The Service Managers’ role is to oversee the day to day running of the services by managing and supporting the Team Leaders and staff teams.
The Senior Team Leaders’ role is to deputise for the Service Managers, mentor other Team Leaders to ensure individual Tenants are receiving high quality support, and to develop individual communication systems for each individual Tenant. Developing effective communication will start from the transition stage by getting to know people during the transition process i.e. supporting each Tenant to move to their new home.
Team Leaders – each service has a dedicated Team Leader. The role of the Team Leader is concerned with delivering a high quality service to Tenants whilst managing services within a Supported Living environment. The key objectives of the role are to ensure that the needs of all Tenants and Service Users are being met in accordance with their individual wishes and within contractual arrangements at all times, and identifying opportunities for improving the service where possible. This involves managing all the activities, resources, people and information that are associated with this particular area of the business.
Community Support Workers – are at the forefront of service delivery, working closely with each Tenant to enable them to have a fulfilled and enjoyable life based on choice and independence.
