Moving from where you live now

• Hilton Care would like to be involved in supporting you to move from where you live now to your new home.
  
  
• We are passionate about making sure that you are involved in all aspects of your move – choosing furniture, how your home is decorated, paying your bills, getting to know your local area and so on.
  
  
• Moving to a new home can be quite stressful and we will support you – and your family – to make sure the move goes as smoothly as possible and that you quickly settle into your new home.
  
  
• Hilton has worked successfully with many other tenants to move them to their own homes in the community.
  
  
• You will able to discuss what is going to happen and how you are feeling about the move.
  
  
• Once you have moved into your new house you will be supported to settle in and become more independent
