Hilton Care provides quality person-centred support and care to adults with a learning disability, some of whom may also have associated physical disabilities and/or mental health needs. Hilton Care enables people to live full, independent and active lives in their own community.

Hilton Care provides individualised care and support to people who present with a wide range of learning and associated disabilities. This includes people with moderate, severe and profound learning disabilities. Please contact us to discuss the service you require.
