Staff training development

• Hilton provides a vast range of training input for all our staff
  
  
• We carry out a skills audit on every member of staff we recruit and / or inherit and build an individualised training programme for each of them
  
  
• We ensure that all staff promote our Values and Beliefs in all aspects of their work
  
  
• We assess each Tenant’s needs to ensure that the training delivered to the respective staff teams meets all the Tenants’ needs e.g. epilepsy, cerebral palsy, Down’s Syndrome, mental health needs, dementia, autistic spectrum disorders and other complex needs, inclusive communication, behaviours that may challenge the service, and so on.
