• Hilton Care has been providing a range of support services to adults with learning disabilities since 1993. During this period we have supported over 150 people

• We work in partnership with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Health Authorities, Advocates and Families
  
  
• Hilton Care provides person-centred services that enhance and develop the skills of adults with learning disabilities
  
  
• Our promise is to ensure that we enable Tenants to make their own choices and decisions. We work in a way that reflects the statement “Nothing about me, without me”
