Hilton Care provides high quality person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may have associated disabilities such as physical disabilities, sensory impairment, and mental health needs.  We are passionate about ensuring that the people we support make their own choices and decisions to live the life they want.

Hilton Care has been providing a range of support services to adults with learning disabilities since 1993. We are registered as a domiciliary care provider with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and we principally focus on Supported Living services – this includes floating support, day support, respite and holiday support.    

We work in partnership with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Health Authorities, Advocates and Families. However, we ensure that the Service User (or Tenant) remains at the centre of everything that happens in their life.

We are passionate about developing our staff. In addition to the mandatory training, we also provide specific training to our staff by assessing each Tenant’s needs to ensure that the training delivered to the respective staff teams meets individual Tenant needs e.g. epilepsy, autistic spectrum disorders and other complex needs, inclusive communication, behaviours that may challenge the service, social role valorisation and so on.

We are passionate about providing the highest quality of support to our Service Users.  We listen to our Tenants and Service Users to understand their wishes and choices. We provide creative and flexible support packages for each person we support. Our reputation for providing person centred-services is well established and it is this reputation that has enabled us to continue expanding our services.

Our commitment and philosophy is to ensure all our Tenants and Service Users experience excellent service delivery and we have achieved this by:

  • listening to our Tenants and Service Users

  • making sure that we properly understand each Tenant’s / Service User’s wishes

  • ensuring our Tenants and Service Users decide what they want and need – and what they don’t want!

  • working closely with each Tenant’s / Service User’s support network

  • being open, responsive and flexible.
